Agreement
These terms govern your use of jocara.co and the services offered by Jocara LLC ("Jocara," "we," "us"), including the Deal Hive community, our software tools, and our automation and consulting services. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
Our services
- Deal Hive: a paid Discord community with deal alerts, product research tools and coaching content.
- Software: sourcing and deal-analysis tools, offered in early access.
- Automation and consulting: custom work and coaching, governed by these terms plus any written agreement or quote for the project.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use our paid services.
Subscriptions and payment
Deal Hive is billed monthly at the price shown when you join, currently $50 per month. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial months. We may change prices with notice before your next billing period.
Not financial advice; no guaranteed results
Deal alerts, scores, verdicts, coaching and other content are for information and education only. They are not financial, legal or tax advice. Prices, availability, fees and selling restrictions change quickly, and our data or tools may be wrong or out of date. You decide what to buy and sell, and you are solely responsible for those decisions and their results. We do not guarantee any profit or outcome.
Your responsibilities
- Follow the rules of every marketplace and retailer you use, including Amazon's seller policies, and all applicable laws.
- Keep your accounts and credentials secure.
- Do not share, resell or republish Deal Hive alerts or content outside the community without our written permission.
- Do not misuse our tools, try to access them without authorization, or interfere with their operation.
- Treat other community members with respect. We may remove anyone who harasses others or breaks these rules.
Intellectual property
Our site, software, bots, playbooks and community content belong to Jocara or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use them while you are a member or customer, for your own reselling business.
Third-party services
Our services rely on third parties such as Discord, Amazon, Keepa and retailer websites. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or terms. Jocara is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon, Keepa or any retailer named on this site.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or misuse our services. You may stop using our services at any time.
Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Jocara will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, inventory losses or marketplace account actions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
